About Chuan Park En bloc

Chuan Park has finally concluded the collective sale deal via a private treaty after four attempts. This 44-year-old condo’s previous collective sale, which was launched prior to this successful one, failed to attract any interest from the developer’s bid. 

The developers that eventually acquired Chuan Park were Kingsford Group and MCC Singapore. Its final sale price was brokered at $890 million, which was 5.11% lower than its S$938 million reserve guide price.

Moving forward, the former Chuan Park condo will be renamed The Chuan Park. As it is an expansive site of up to 400,589 sq ft with a gross plot ratio (GFA) of 2.1, it works out to a possible gross floor area of around 841,236 sq ft. The Chuan Park that sits right beside Lorong Chuan MRT has the potential to yield up to 916 residential units—at least twice the number of the former Chuan Park’s 444 residential units and two strata commercial units.
